Commercial work is quoted after a walkthrough, not off a price list. A manager visits the site, builds a checklist of the general and specific work you want, and prices against that. Billing is monthly, there is no fixed-term contract, and you can end the arrangement on 30 days notice.
Routine Cleaning $50/Hr. Move Out / Move In Cleaning $60/hr and Deep Cleaning $60/hr, both with a four-hour minimum booking. One-time routine work has a three-hour minimum. Rates are charged per cleaner, so two cleaners on site bill at twice the hourly rate. Residential Carpet Cleaning 50 cents / sq ft. with a minimum call-out fee of $200.00.
Yes. Swept Space carries $5,000,000 liability insurance, WorkSafeBC coverage, and we are bonded. Every member of the team is covered.
All of our crew members undergo a criminal record check before joining our team. Commercial sites keep the same crew visit to visit, and a designated supervisor trains the people assigned to your site and audits the work.
Report it within 24 hours and we send a team to put it right within a three-day window. Supervisors also run their own site check-ins and cleaning audits rather than waiting to be told.
For residential work, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email at info@sweptspace.com. Later than that and a cancellation fee of 2 hours service may apply. On commercial agreements a 30-day courtesy notice is required for cancellations.
Yes, on both residential and commercial jobs. Commercial clients can also add restock supplies such as paper towel, toilet paper and soap. On commercial sites we store equipment on site where there is room, otherwise it travels in fully equipped vans.
All credit card transactions are securely processed through Stripe, which is integrated with our CRM. Card details are not stored unless you ask us to keep them on file.
That is most of what we do. Office contracts usually run in the evening once staff have left, and crews work nights, weekends and holidays. Our own customer service line is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and booking online is open all the time.
One-time services outside the core area carry a minimum: Sooke - $300.00, Saanichton/ Sidney - $300.00, Duncan - $500.00 and Shawnigan/ Cobble Hill - $300.00. Recurring work is quoted individually.
