Residential rates
Our prices are on the website. That should not be unusual.
Every hourly rate, every minimum booking and every travel fee we charge for residential work. Commercial cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, because no honest flat rate exists for a building nobody has seen.
Routine Cleaning $50/Hr
Three-hour minimum booking on one-time services
Recurring weekly and bi-weekly rates and times are discussed individually, because a home cleaned every fortnight is a different job from the same home cleaned once.
Move Out / Move In Cleaning $60/hr
Four-hour minimum booking
Charged per cleaner, so two cleaners bill at twice the rate and finish in roughly half the time. On a handover deadline that trade is usually worth making.
Deep Cleaning $60/hr
Four-hour minimum booking
Same per-cleaner rule. This is the one to book when a routine clean has not been enough for a while.
Residential Carpet Cleaning 50 cents / sq ft.
Minimum call-out fee of $200.00
Hot water extraction with pre-treatment, spot treatment and a deodorizer finish.
Outside the core area
One-time services outside Greater Victoria carry a minimum. Recurring arrangements are quoted individually.

How the hours are counted
Rates are charged per cleaner. A typical residential job runs two cleaners, with three or more on larger homes. Any overage is billed at the same per-cleaner rate, so nothing changes rate part way through a visit.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are included. If you need to move a booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone or email at info@sweptspace.com. Later than that and a cancellation fee of 2 hours service may apply.
