Communities on South Vancouver Island
These two are from a commercial washroom and a break room on the same contract. The camera stamped them at 6:46 in the evening and 12:11 the next morning. That gap is the whole job. The building was closed, the crew let themselves in, and the difference was waiting for staff when they came back.

An auto-scrubber washes and vacuums in one pass, so the floor dries fast and stops being a slip hazard. A buffer lifts scuffs back out of a waxed surface. A burnisher runs fast enough to melt the wax level again and bring back the wet look. Most companies own one and use it for everything.
