Owner - Sales, and Managing Partner
Known to most clients as Dan. Oversees the management team and stays hands-on with client quality assurance and quoting. From Tsawwassen, where competitive track and field and soccer set the standard. Founded a College Pro Painters franchise at eighteen and earned some of that organisation's highest honours over two years, then moved to Victoria in early 2017, managed an established cleaning company for a year, and founded Swept Space.
Operations Manager
Oversees staff training and supplies and conducts site audits. From Colombia, with twenty years in insurance and three in cleaning. Holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Victoria, an MBA from EUDE Business School, and a Bachelor's in Business with a Diploma in Finance from Sergio Arboleda University.
Staff Training Coordinator and Team Supervisor
Oversees employees alongside Luz and runs site check-ins and cleaning audits. From Mexico, a provincial basketball champion in junior high, and previously worked for a transnational company helping people with their pension plans. Now based in Greater Victoria.
Supervisor
Supervises crews on site across the client roster.
Administration
Handles the administrative side, from scheduling through to billing enquiries.
Lucas is a co-owner of Swept Space alongside Dan and is named by customers in reviews. He does not have a published job title, so we have not invented one for him here.
